Found this thread late and immediately went and checked my own trunk. Calgary edition: two camp chairs, a snow brush in July, and one puck of completely unknown origin. The prairie trunk provides.

Adding a late entry for Calgary: ginger beef. The story goes it was invented here at a Chinese restaurant decades back, and late night ginger beef has personally carried me through some winters.

Writing-on-Stone, way down in the southeast corner of Alberta. Everyone does Banff and Drumheller, but the hoodoos along the Milk River at sunset are something else entirely. It was 34 degrees last time I went and I'd still go back tomorrow.
