Caught a double rainbow tonight and the second one's colours run in reverse
Never noticed this before: the faint outer bow goes violet on the outside and red on the inside — a mirror image of the main one. That's just how the second reflection works, apparently. Shot it, obviously.

reversed colours on the second one feels like the sky doing a mirror check
we get doubles after hailstorms constantly and I have never once clocked the reversal. going to be insufferable about this now
