Parallel parked perfectly on the first try today. Then ruined it in under a minute

First attempt. One motion. Beautiful. A guy on a patio actually nodded at me. Then I decided it could be even better and went back to straighten out "just a touch." Cranked the wheel the wrong way, mounted the curb in front of the entire patio, and set off a car alarm. Not my car's. I don't want to talk about how. The nod guy watched the whole thing.

I've done worse. once backed out of my own driveway into my own utility trailer. it had been parked there for six years
