Her name is Zoë O'Brien-Nakamura. Her middle name is just the letter J. Her address has a unit number in front of the street number and a postal code with a space in it. Her email address has a plus sign in it. She is, as far as anyone can tell, a completely normal person. Forms hate her. She has been told her name contains invalid characters by a company whose own name has an apostrophe in it. Every QA person has a user like this. Introduce yours.
