Tournament season is back, which means the game pucks are back in the rink office freezer next to someone's lunch

Frozen pucks bounce a lot less and slide more predictably, so for games we keep them cold and swap them out as they warm up. The pros do the same thing, just with more pucks and fewer frozen lasagnas. There's a label on the shelf that says PUCKS, DO NOT EAT. I didn't write it. I would like to know what happened.
