Six months from now we'll all be eating indoors at 5pm because it's dark and hostile outside. Right now? Every street from Mont-Royal to Wellington has tables where parking used to be, and dinner comes with people-watching included. The move is the unfashionable terrasse on the side street. Same kitchen quality, half the wait, and the servers actually have time to tell you what's good.
