Co-op board games for the friend who takes losing personally

Every group has one. Ours flipped a Monopoly board once and we don't talk about it. What's fixed it at my table is co-op games, where everyone wins or loses together and the only villain is the box. Pandemic, The Crew, Forbidden Island for newer players. Nobody can sulk at you when the disease wins. What's worked for your group? Bonus points for anything under an hour.

Hanabi, if your group can handle quiet. you can't see your own cards, so everyone else has to give you clues, and it turns the sore loser into the person working hardest to help
