The Q4 planning deck has a slide called 'Stability and tech debt'. It's the same slide as Q3. And Q2. It has version history now

I checked. The slide was created three planning cycles ago and has been copied forward every quarter with the same four bullets and the same hopeful little arrow pointing up and to the right. It has survived two reorgs, a rebrand, and the person who made it. At this point it isn't a plan, it's heritage. I'm proposing we give it a plaque.
