Cold rain Saturday, so I did a pho crawl down Somerset. No regrets and almost no puns
First properly grey, cold, sideways-rain day of the fall, and this city only has one sensible response: walk down Somerset through Chinatown and go into whichever pho place has the most fogged-up windows. Fogged windows mean the broth has been on since dawn. That's science. Or at least it's my science. Had two bowls at two different spots. My wife asked if I was okay. I told her I was pho-ine. Twenty-two years and she still lets me finish the sentence, which is love.

Create an accountFogged-up windows is a real metric and I've been using it for years without having the words for it. Also, two bowls is just one bowl and a second opinion. Perfectly reasonable.
